Been busy working, but I love what I'm doing so I totally welcome it! Aside from that, I've been falling in and out of working out.... not good. I've been averaging less than two times per week. I'm recommitting this week.... my goal is one thing everyday. Even if it's just a walk. I love doing it, but I have a hard time getting up to get out there. And I've gone back and forth over the last year with working out in the morning vs. the evening. I like both... can't say I'd pick one over the other right now. If you work out... what works for you? What are you doing? Right now, I'm just running and walking. I think I need some motivation to try something different.... suggestions?

LOVING that photo...and I just found out about those kisses too...MUST have some!! :):):):):) ...and sadly... i have noooooooooooooo suggestions for working out... i have been having major back problems lately... soooooooooooo no working out for me lately... :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
I am mostly running myself these days (training for a 1/2 marathon). But I try to alternate with pilates a couple of days a week. I am with you on how difficult it is to fit working out into the schedule. I too enjoy doing it. But it ends up taking a low priority behind other life functions.
You are doing a great job, though! Keep up the good work. And every once in a while, like today, simply reaffirm that goal and start over fresh!

I am no help with working out. I was in a good pattern, but when we bought the house, all working out besides working at the house went out the window.
